Tinymailto was running on the same web hosting provider for almost 12 years, but that web hosting provider changed our IP address without warning and disabled mod_rewrite. The only way to solve the issue was via phone call and wait on the line until they fix it.
I hope this new web hosting provider last another 12 years without issue.
